Adelaide bag

Adelaide bag

Adelaide is a very light and resistant bag woven with seagrass fiber that was handpicked and dried by Vietnamese artisans. It is a very sustainable material because once it grows by itself in the water, doesn´t require any cares.

The open weaving technique used is part of millenarian tradition. This fiber it usually grows in the Asian rice paddy fields when they are flooded by the sea, that´s why it has this name.

Due to the nature of the natural fiber and that was flooded with sea water during the cultivation process, the seagrass is more prone to damage caused by moisture. Must not be stored in a humid environment.

Made in Vietnam.
